In the 1990s I wrote a small study called "Half a Beast", on one note at 333Hz (performed at ICMC 1996). This current study follows the same ideas, only now a quarter beast. There are two notes, one after the other, and one pitch in the 4m30s that this sound continues.

Dreaming of Spring is contrapuntally based song, written in 15TET for two Pseudo-Horns and one Pseudo-Bell. Done with Csound and blue.

This is a just intonation composition exploring some of the harmonic potential of a tuning consisting of 1/1, 7/6, 6/5, 4/3, 5/4, 7/5, 3/2, 8/5, 5/3, 7/4, 9/5, 11/6. Composed with Csound and blue.

Made with Csound as a sample based instrument able to play 53 tone equal temperament music. Scored for Vibraphone, marimba, clarinet, oboe, French horn, and finger piano.

Seven Black Cats is a microtonal song using instruments adapted for blue from Jacob Joaquin's EAST tutorial.

Huee is a short piece in 10et done with blue.

Same piece as was posted several months ago. The attached csd in the original had a fatal error which is corrected in this version.

Contrapunctus I is a study in the algorithmic generation of contrapuntal materials. It is written entirely in csound and is released under a creative commons license (see csd for full details).
