wxpython piano roll

I am releasing most of a piano roll in wxpython. It isn't fleshed out by any means but it is a start and could also be used for a sample player for systems that cannot handle sdl (pygame). I am going to set it asside for now because I going to try a javascript version possibly with the java-python bridge.
