I'd like to install Csound5.09 on an Acer Aspire One Notepad that runs Linpus Linux Lite. If anyone has succeeded in doing this, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks.

if you have a usb you can
if you have a usb you can run any version of linux that you want.. many of them boot from the c drive... I just ordered a bunch of them from osdisc.com for $1.95 a disk. I don't realy understand why p.c.'s are not shipping with both installed considering how much drive space is now available and at some point I would expect dual computers (I.e. able to do both at once) will be available(ubuntu and a few others say they can be installed without partitions on windows machine but you would boot either one or the other).. The msnbc people say if you can't beat them buy them and they can afford $2.. :) I am getting ready to attempt a puppy linux install on usb.. the 8 gigs are as low as $13 on ebay so I may be willing to go in with other people to put everything on a bootable usb drive..
