I've put up a new version of blue at:
This release contains a number of bug fixes and everyone is encouraged to upgrade to it. One notable feature added is the ability to have always-on instrument code associated with the instrument. This allows adding things like chorus and delays that act instrument-wide and is meant to be part of the instrument design as part of the blue instrument. (Documentation on this is currently unavailable, though I am happy to share an instrument I am developing for those who are curious on how to use this; email me off-list for more information).
Note: This release does require using Java 6, and future versions of blue will require this as well.
I am currently working on migrating the existing documentation to a wiki. More information on that will be available when the first-pass of migration is complete.

[fix] - Fixed issue with Realtime and Disk render settings not saving
correctly
[fix] - fixed bug where when API was enabled, rendering to disk would not
work if "csound" was not in the system path; instead, always use
command given in disk render settings panel
[fix] - made Send always generate if enabled (bug was that it would get
optimized out if level set to 0, even if automated)
[fix] - MIDI Driver settings were not being loaded correctly
