New site for Csound at FLOSS manuals - contributions welcome!

The Csound textbook project on FLOSS manuals has moved to another site:
http://booki.flossmanuals.net/csound/

We are still in the process of writing, so contributions are VERY MUCH WELCOME! All you must do:
1) register at http://booki.flossmanuals.net
2) go to http://booki.flossmanuals.net/csound/_v/1.0/edit/
3) click on the "edit" button of any chapter. make your additions, changes etc and save.
